The flat is perfect for couples or families with small children. It is very accessible as it is on the ground floor. The bedroom is exterior while the living room and bathroom overlook the courtyard of the house. The street is pedestrian and our windows are soundproofed, so you will be able to rest without noise.

BEDS

The room has a 180cm bed. It will be dressed with sheets and quilt or duvet depending on the season. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, Nespresso and Italian coffee machines, induction hob, fridge and all kinds of kitchen utensils. We also provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, tea and coffee capsules.

BATHROOM

The bathroom has a rain shower, WC and washbasin. You will have towels, gel, shampoo and hairdryer at your disposal.

AIR CONDITIONING

The bedroom and living room have air conditioning for the summer and radiators for the winter.

WASHING MACHINE

The washing machine is in a room in the courtyard and is for the common use of all the flats in the house. Clothes can be hung out on the terrace or on portable clotheslines for indoors in case of rain.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed inside the flat but you can smoke in the area on the terrace.

PATIO AND TERRACE

The patio and terrace are for the common use of all the guests of the house. If you need to, you can leave your bicycle or pushchair in an area in the courtyard. This area is under video surveillance.
